What is a Dodo™?

The Dodo™ vapes are small and disposable pod device with a low wattage battery. Dodo™ is fairly easy to use and designed for those seeking a solution for a healthier lifestyle. Dodo™ does not include any buttons and it does not need to be filled or charged. The device activates on-draw and includes a pre-charged battery and contains a nicotine blended e-liquid formula. No maintenance is required and when the Dodo™ vape is depleted of its liquid, it can be thrown away.

How long does a Dodo™ last?

Dodo's built-in battery will last for a significant amount of time until all the e-liquid is enjoyed. It is also highly dependent on the user’s vaping habits, but it will offer about 800 puffs per device. We always recommend to vape in moderation and enjoy your active lifestyle.

How many cigarettes is equivalent to a Dodo™?

One Dodo ™ vape is approximated to contain enough nicotine to equate to 80 cigarettes. One Dodo ™ vape is approximately equivalent to 80 cigarettes or 4 packs of cigarettes.

Can Dodo™ be shipped worldwide?

We are currently only able to ship to all 50 states in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses.

Unfortunately, we have limited availability outside of the United States at this time. For more details or inquiries regarding distribution outside the U.S., please contact our Customer Service team.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

We have a 24 to 48 hour processing time for all orders regardless of their shipping method. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.

We process orders during business hours on weekdays. We do not process orders on Saturday and Sunday and major U.S holidays.

* If you receive a tracking number after our cutoff time, then your order was prepared but may not have left our facility yet.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 States in the U.S, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses.



Certain orders will be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order will be cancelled without notice. Additionally, certain orders are going to be shipped with signature confirmation (someone 21+ must be available to sign for the package).

How long will my order take to arrive?

USPS First Class Mail — 2-7 business days in transit
USPS Priority — 2-4 business days in transit
USPS Priority Mail Express — 1-2 Business day in transit

USPS service days: Monday - Saturday.
APO/FPO: For orders shipped to military addresses, the shipment can take up to 14 days in transit.

We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are nonrefundable through us. You will have to contact the shipping carrier directly.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account.

We are not responsible for errors or delays by USPS.

What if I accidentily submitted an incorrect/incomplete address?

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Returns

Can I return my Dodo product?

Our return policy for refunds/exchanges is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase on all regular-priced* purchases. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

* Products that are discounted or on sale are ineligible for returns.

What is your policy on returns?

Only regular-priced products purchased on our official website are eligible for returns at this time. The product must be unused and in the same condition it was sent in. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What is your refund policy?

If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What is your exchange policy?

We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. You must contact us within 14 days of your original purchase via email at [email protected]

What if I purchased my Dodo product at a local vape shop?

You must adhere to your local vape shop's return/exchange policy.

We can only replace externally purchased products if they are defective or damaged. If you have a defective/damaged product, please send us an email at [email protected] for further instructions.
